Product

The product that you see in the pictures on this site might not be the exact piece that you receive. I handmake all of my pieces in batches and aim to make them as identical as possible but due to the nature of wheel throwing pieces and glazing them individually, they do vary slightly. I do my best to send out work that I'd consider first quality unless otherwise noted.

Seconds

Second quality work will have cosmetic defects in the glaze which ranges from some pinholes, unintentional exposed clay (tong mark area or deep pinholes), unintentional glaze effects, size (piece may be too large or small for its size category), or anything else that I'd consider undesirable. If defects are too severe, they will not be on the website to begin with. Second quality work is discounted by 25% and discount codes do not work on them.  

Shipping

The majority of the items on my shop are ready to ship unless otherwise noted. Items will usually ship within a week of being placed. If an item you want is out of stock, contact me at danielvuceramics@gmail.com and I will do my best expedite the item(s).

Policy

I have a 30-day refund/ exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund/ exchange.

To be eligible for a refund/ exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable and any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
